Jagathon: IUI's Dance Marathon
Jagathon is the largest student-run organization at IUI. We fundraise money to support pediatric research at the Herman B.Wells Center for Riley Hospital for Children. Throughout the year, we have small events which leads to our capstone event in March.

•Build a team of four directors to work throughout the year, with the purpose of achieving goals and improving Jagathon's recruitment strategies, by conducting interviews and analysing strengths and weaknesses.
• Participate and hold weekly meetings to discuss updates, delegate tasks, and brainstorm new startegies.
Director of Committee Relations

• Managed monthly all-division meetings as well as Chamber meetings by planning and organizing slides, dates, and location of the events for approximately 60 people.
• Developed an onboarding process for new members by managing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, writing email and text templates, and constantly communicating with other Directors.
• Volunteered for approximately 200 hours with events at Indianapolis involving 10,000+ people as well as Jagathon tabling and bonding events.
• Planned two bonding events throughout the 2022-2023 academic year for 70+ people to increase awareness about Jagathon.

• Cooperated with all members in Jagathon in fundraising for the Riley Hospital for Children by being participative in events and formatting a DonorDrive page.
